Quite possible, it'd be hard to grow plants on ships due to lack of sunlight, oxygen and water, you'd need to have a light soruce
EG A Lamp or the sun Which i'm sure ships come with, and as for water, if you had an on ship recycler, you could turn your waste into a fertilizer and your piss into water to use as Well. water for the plant, and oxygen?, if so try to find one or something. however it's hard to change the compound of a gas.

As for gravity :
Almost impossible due to the fact that the ship doesn't have a molten iron/nickle core inside the ship that's strong enough to hold you down.
