Why did he do it anyways? You guys are doing stuff you aren't supposed to be doing (unless you had a good explanation) so he should be okay to complain (to an extent) for abusing.
I didnt know blitzkut was abusing, i have to do nothing about it only about the ban that he broke one rule. 5 minutes only, blitzkut said he was teleporting and is stopping now. Im just playing fair on that server. I just joined the server and i saw him disrespecting staff.
