30 minutes late might be too much for an ambulance. It takes some real richards to block one of those things, especially when the lights are going.

again, false 911 calls do the same thing but we don't punish those with execution

you seem to misunderstand the situation and believe that there are only two options: killing them and letting them do whatever. both are wrong as the cops are perfectly able to break up mobs without killing anyone and, if it does turn violent enough, they are still authorized to use lethal force. the only thing this bill does is allow the cops to shoot at protestors with no provocation
