GTA V and Skyrim predicted the 2016 election.

GTA V's intent was never to "predict". GTA has always been a parody of American life, culture and the dream. They take the worst spotlights of American culture and shine a massive spotlight on them with a little bit of comedy in the mix.
Every known President in the GTA universe has been Annoying Orange-like.

It may not have been its intent but it's exactly what happened, down to the Annoying Orange-esque talking points and an exact Clinton lookalike.
