Why not ask the ghost of Nobokov?

signs such as, for example, liking animated children?

definitely not trying to make a case for loli here, tho the thing i'd worry about is the legal precedent of applying the same standards from real life to art; i.e. entirely fictitious depictions of events with non-real actors are just as illegal as depictions or real actions with real individuals. i'm don't think it's entirely necessary to describe why that might be a sketchy precedent to have. on a purely legal basis, you would probably have to be able to prove that there is some party at harm, and you're probably going to be hard-pressed to find any victim here other than maybe society (victimless crimes are usually crimes because people want to uphold morality tho, so that's not necessarily a problem)

playing lots of first person shooter games is a sign of wanting to commit a murder

It's tough however when it's like "oh this character looks like they're 13 but they're actually a million years old and gone through puberty!!!!"
Because how do we know if the viewer is attracted to the young body style, or the young mindset/style of actions, or both? If it's just the young body style, there's a possibility of it slipping out of the definition of child enthusiasm due to that technicality, but I'm not certain. If it's any of the latter two, then it is 100% child enthusiasm special interest art.

If you regularly consume it you likely legitimately suffer from child enthusiasm, and even if you never plan on acting on it I suggest getting professional help.
