Do you think Lolicon should be considered child enthusiasm?

Well sure do to technicality. technically tracing a photo of CP isn't CP either but your still a child enthusiast if you jerk to the sketch.

Yeah, which is why they're child enthusiasts lol. The only reason I'd say lolicon should be legal is because it doesn't actually hurt anyone.
