well he was pissed off that day and was in a bitchy mood. and on top the that, i was being loud that night.

I don't buy this at all. None of the parts show any explosive residue or curling as you would get on metal if there had been an explosion.
And using fireworks in the middle of the night when people are asleep? Yeah, okay bud.
