I would say I don't think about most of the actions I do. They're generally a force of habit. My thoughts are just me talking to myself in my head, and I sound roughly the same in my head as I perceive my voice to sound. My imagination is more visual. More of a daydream than a description. I've no idea if that is different to most people or not. |

| Frequency:
When I'm not daydreaming, I just think in the first person, saying things that I wouldn't say aloud. I also do it to work out problems in my head and reaffirm actions and ideas, but I'm under the impression everyone does that. |
