Does the video actually show the events right before the shooting? --- End quote --- no, but it shows the shooting victim breaking up fights. i'd say its more likely that he thought the man was approaching him violently and shot him, rather than this man suddenly turning on a dime and violently lashing out, only to immediately insist on peace 2 days later at the hospital. keep in mind im giving this guy the benefit of the doubt by implying that the shooter shot only out of (evidently unfounded) fear and not out of genuine malice. |
