When someone makes a point against the protesters, and you get offended saying it's a straw-man, and a 'childish simplification of an issue', when in reality, the post wasn't aimed

I wasn't saying that anyone said this in particular, it was a hypothetical scenario on how they could have handled this scenario positively vs. how they actually handled it, and this was all played out through a roleplay conversation
it has nothing to do with what anyone said in particular, that and they haven't distinctly said anything as a group
