maybe in the future when its easier to create however i dont expect the metal to be even applied to anything for at least 3-5 years from now, they managed to make it but they'll need a sizeable sample to actually use it for anything. and unless the scientists find a more efficient way to pressurise the hydrogen this metal stands as one of the rarest in the world

aside that point, i also recall reading that they're still checking if its stable or not. because if it isnt stable outside of its pressure chamber then its obviously going to be unusable in the applications most people are expecting it to be used in
