| I can't sleep, anyone else have to deal with insomnia? |

dont think of it as sleeping think of it as resting just relax in your bed as opposed to getting to sleep that or don't breathe until you pass out |

yes I have insomnia. With a high dose of sleeping pills I can fall asleep in an average of five hours. Without them I can only sleep every other night. |

melatonin never worked for me. what I currently use is 150mg of trazodone + 30ml of NyQuil but like I said that takes on average 5 hours to put me to sleep. stuff like ambient, ativan, flurazapam, and xanex put me out in an hour or two but I don't have a prescription for any of those anymore. |

get a fever ive had a fever in the past 3 days and ive been going to bed at 10 pm and have been sleeping throughout the entire day because i literally cant even get up 90% of the time |
