[NEWS] Mosque in Quebec is attacked by gunmen

regardless of who commits a terror act, we should probably stop publishing their names and their cause so their movement doesn't gain any momentum from it

Also of note that this wasn't a Muslim attack on a Christian church or a Jewish synagogue. This was an attack on a mosque, and it was an attack on peaceful Muslims. The problem isn't Islam in general. It's radicalization of Muslims, and it happens because of a lack of acceptance from the West. CIA was created out of hatred for Western involvement in the Middle East.

And don't pretend Christianity can't have radical extremists as well. Look at the kool kids klub, who as recent as this summer had rallies that broke into violence.

Hell, even politicians like Sarah Palin say stuff like this:

I like how your only way to defend terrorists is going "b-b-but christianity" even though it really doesn't do anything

nice strawman, but nobody's defending terrorism

He's talking about terrorism and simmilar acts from both sides, is he not?

I never said Christianity can't have radicals, everyone has the potential to be a radical. You act like Christians commit a proportional amount of terror attacks to Muslims which is not ture.

that doesn't mean he's defending terrorism

Im from Saskatchewan and all i can say is forget Quebec. Worst province loving frenchies.

definitely said that there weren't any Christian terrorists
totally yeah you got my argument down

my loving point was that Christian terrorists go against the will of God when they kill people; they are delusional and say "they got a sign from God"
nowhere in the Bible can you find Jesus promoting violence against heretics, and also do I need to mention "Thou shalt not kill"?

Muslim extremists, meanwhile, commit the acts they do because it's the kind of stuff Muhammad preaches
72 virgins in heaven when you kill infidels in jihad, killing them is a moral good and it ensures they meet their God, etc. etc.

that explains the Muslim on Muslim attacks, too
I don't know if you know about this; you know there's a massive divide in the faith right? the Sunnis vs. the Shi'ites, and all those other meaningless sects in between
they don't like each other very much because they disagree over who the next prophet was after Muhammad, so guess what? they see each other as infidels
insert everything I said above

stuff like this is why everyone wants Islam reformed more so than Christianity; while Christianity is exclusionary, Islam is outright delusionally hateful

I like how your only way to defend terrorists is going "b-b-but christianity" even though it really doesn't do anything

It's kinda totally irrelevant as well. Like the minute you criticize Islam people start pointing fingers at Christianity as if it's some sort of get-out-of-jail free card. Like, good job reminding everyone about the kool kids klub. They haven't shot up any mosques recently because a long time ago we decided to deal with them instead of making handicapped excuses like "islam is bad too!!!"

It's the equivalent of saying "I'm going to take a stuff on the living room floor and it's justified because someone urinated on the toilet seat last week"

You pretty much nailed it right on the head with this

i didn't know we dealt with the kool kids klub by denouncing christianity as a whole

Just letting everyone know: AFAIK, the shooters were not affiliated with radical Islam refugees. The shooters were Alexandre Bissonnette (a home-grown quebecan, if the name wasn't a big enough tipoff) and Mohamed El Khadir. Also, I understand that "Mohammed El Khadir" sounds like an Islamic name, and most likely is, (Khadir is probably an Arabian surname) but that doesn't change the fact that these are not the names that have been circulating on twitter and neither of the suspects were refugees.

tl;dr the two gunmen weren't syrian refugees. One may have been muslim, fake new is spreading on twitter

Nobody is dealing with anything by 'denouncing' a religion lmfao I reserve the right to make fun of porkslam on the internet when debating which religion has the most violent lunatics in 2017 though

this is a handicapped comment, id like you to point out where he defends terrorism, unless you are making the statement that everyone that follows islam is a terrorist.
