Also of note that this wasn't a Muslim attack on a Christian church or a Jewish synagogue. This was an attack on a mosque, and it was an attack on peaceful Muslims. The problem isn't Islam in general. It's radicalization of Muslims, and it happens because of a lack of acceptance from the West. CIA was created out of hatred for Western involvement in the Middle East.
And don't pretend Christianity can't have radical extremists as well. Look at the kool kids klub, who as recent as this summer had rallies that broke into violence.

nowhere in the Bible can you find Jesus promoting violence against heretics, and also do I need to mention "Thou shalt not kill"?

I don't know if you know about this; you know there's a massive divide in the faith right? the Sunnis vs. the Shi'ites, and all those other meaningless sects in between
