Ok, basic gist;

I had recently exported a weapon from Blender with a little help from Conan. I had it originally aligned as shown below:



But this came out instead of the intended result:



Also, yes, the last image is me holding the weapon.
It's supposed to be flat, like this...



Sorta.



Does anyone have a similar problem or has experienced this and know how to fix this?

I run Blender 2.78, and am using Port's Experimental DTS Exporter.

select the mesh in blender > ctrl a > apply location rotation and scale before exporting

do this whenever you change a model in object mode
