Mom revoking everything for having 3 B's on my report card

i thought grades rounded up to the nearest 1%, so you only need an 89.5 to get an A

both schools I went to it was A 90-100 B 80-89 C 70-79 D 65-69 F 64

It differs from school to school, some round some don't. Most universities will only round up like that if you persuade the professor.
