I meant that violent protest is not a form of terrorist activity, it's a crime.

If it was conceivably possible for an ideology to be considered a terrorist organization, anyone following or believing in that ideology would be arrested. If you don't understand what that means, it translates to "you can get arrested for expressing an opinion"
