Thats not how it works. It's like trying to classify bad drivers as a terrorist organization. Unless theres a leader of the bad drivers and they're one big club you can't just classify them as a terrorist organization.
And do you have any loving statistics to back what you're saying or will you admit that you're just talking out of your ass like usual?
