I was arguing it legally. If it's not legally an organization it cannot be considered an organization. honestly I'd be fine if those few that showed up and beat people up were arrested, but shutting down the entire movement over it is overkill
whenever I play old RPG games like wizardry i always choose the thief class for that exact reason. if i cant steal TVs or bikes i'll steal their gold

Shutting down movements and their expression of speech is wrong. This is the exact reason why we tolerate movements like the kool kids klub, because freedom of speech is important for a democracy.
