The Deutsche Demokratische Republik continues it's process of repairing itself. There are still buildings that cover roads in bricks and dust to clean, but the amount of abandoned military hardware is steadily dropping. The economy is stable only by force of arms, with strict price control preventing gouging at the cost of store owners not eating for days at a time. Wages are inversely set high.
There are no plans for development of atomic weaponry at this point. The few V2s left over are unused and going to waste, while an offer of sale of what few are left has been extended to the USSR.
