If your really insistent on bring incapable of building a computer then cyberpower will do it for you. As for speed you won't be getting anything that works fast for 400 with good disk space. |

I dont need a supercomputer, just something that has okay speeds. For disk space I need something like 250 Gigabytes of space for programs and instrument DLLs. |
