anyway yeah I went through it, lol. I'm only mentioning that because I heavily regret the dumb stuff I've said before, but it's behind me now

When the first things that started popping into my mind to say became things that made people around me uncomfortable I started talking a lot less. And when I do speak now it's often something I've thought about.
I suggest you just talk a lot less so you don't appear edgy
