none of those three are the target mentioned in the OP, but obvs killing three senior leaders isn't too bad. if they were going specifically for that one guy tho then yeah, they didn't get the desired target

you'd have to be a pretty bad soldier to go after a certain target and instead kill people with the least in common with your target, and keeping in mind this is the leader of al Qaeda they're going after (AKA they'd send their best men) I have high reason to doubt this report
