He doesn't like their business decision so he's dropping their service. Is that not what you should do if you don't agree with where a service is going?

from what he said i was heavily under the impression that he watched the shows before and now suddenly hate the whole of netflix, and all of its content
sure stopping the flow of money to them is logical if you don't like them but it's one damned show out of thousands of what many consider good content

It's 'one damned show' that's directly posing as an insult to white people because of their skin color. Can you not fathom why people would feel insulted enough to cancel their subscription? I'm on Matthew's side on this, this is completely ridiculous and stupid.
