how to get my dad to stop checking my homework

I also hate it when teacher have rules where can't even backpacks in the class for no reason, so I have to walk and put my backpack into my locker THEN walk to class.

I get plenty of free time to do my homework. I always finish it but I don't want to show it to my dad because all he will do is find the tiniest problem out of it and make it my next living hell.
It's gotten so bad that if I really really don't want to show him my homework, then I know that I'm going to have to stay in my room for the rest of time sense he mentioned me to come check my homework.
he also doesn't seem to understand that he can't just call me down whenever he wants. and just because his reason for summoning me down is morally logical doesn't make it ok to make me stop whatever I'm doing.

my school has too many kids for lockers so they pretty much abandoned the locker system 3 years ago

Some people actually do this, but with the layout of the school, it's questionable if it actually gets them anywhere any faster.
