if you can manage to get a pair of hyped jordans at retail price you have a chance of flipping them for easily twice or three times their original price through the second market

Doing it that way, then yeah it's useful and I'd do it
Just buying 200+ dollar J's to put them in a case forever / only wearing them isn't tho
