somethings weird with my computer (again)

oh OK it just completely randomly started working again
every issue i have noted so far has stopped

NEW ISSUE i have no clue what to do
everything works normally, but my computer doesnt wanna play any sound at all
its not muted or anything like that, i turn up the volume but it wont play any sound.
and its not my headsets, because they work fine, and because even if i unplug them, the speakers still dont play sound.
when i tried to "test" my headsets audio, it said that "This device is being used by another application"????
so i close everything, test it again, same error. anyone got a solution? yes i've already shut off my computer and turned it back on with no result

appearantly its a common windows 10 problem
once windows 10 updates sound just stops working entirely, so i dont really know what to do.

ive tried 2 out of 3 of these methods so far, neither worked.
