i'm just gonna be more specific: their videos were on half life 2 and half life 2 only. only about that and nothing else, iirc.
they sometimes talked about glitches that allowed you to zoom across maps at the speed of light via bunnyhopping or ABHing (accelerated backwards hopping), and also messing with the "pick up that can" section.

but these are here strictly to speedrun, so they wouldn't mess with the can section (i think they did do something silly though)
