Take back control yourself then.

Put that on a bootable USB drive and boot up into it, then remove the admin password. No need to install linux or make a VM.

yea, I was actually about to link the same thing as Ipquarx. I recently used it to reset a ton of computer passwords at a church who had lost theirs.
