I'd say we already passed that critical point with the absurd news coming out of the Mar-A-Lago trip. Sensitive military documents pertaining to North Korea were laid out and discussed at a public table. Some random guest took a picture with the man carrying the nuclear football. I don't see how ambiguously confidential emails being potentially stolen can hope to compare.
On topic: good. I hope this sets a precedent.

Kinda biased.
We don't know what incidents would happen under Hillary's administration.
We also know that her information would be leaked more heavily if she became president.

yeah you're right a small confidentiality slip is nothing compared to taking money from countries that fund CIA, oversimplifying the cause of Benghazi to the point of being guilty for the incident, planning to commit mass voter fraud, and being possibly the most aggressive warmonger in US history
