I typically don't do this, but this article was clearly written through malice
above are Twitter links to the three """"""""""""""""""""""journalists"""""""""""""""""""""" who cowrote the hit piece; Ben Fritz, Jack Nicas and Rolfe Winkler, all who work for the Wall Street Journal
make of that information what you will
Deus Ex:
This is just loving pathetic. He should sue for libel.

--- Quote from: Tactical Nuke on February 15, 2017, 02:30:13 AM ---the people who wrote the hit piece didn't have to contact Disney and Youtube and lie to them about it
they didn't have to take this seriously and could have just left it alone
they could have just told the truth
but now you've got Disney and Youtube dropping someone because some leftist scumforgets decided that Pewdiepie had too much power and so they wrote an entirely slanderous article on him in which they take what is clearly a joke as a sign of political beliefs, then they lie to Disney and Youtube, who both knew going in what Pewdiepie's brand and style of humor was, and call him the next Riddler in order to stop Pewdiepie from screaming about losing subscribers and views possibly because of a Youtube diversity initiative

Great, that's a fantastic conspiracy. But it's completely irrelevant since it doesn't matter who made an issue of it; anyone could have taken offence to it, caused a stink in the media and both Disney's and Youtube's reactions would have been exactly the same. They would never back content which the public viewed as anti-Semitic in any way, and the reason why it matters that he did it, as opposed to me if I were to do the same thing on YouTube, is that he's actually a pretty big deal, all things considered. If he can't defend himself against slander/libel then there's nothing these two companies can do but disassociate themselves from him, that's the way it works.

this, the fact that this is news in the first place is just journalists vouching for a story
