It's because asians, blacks and mexicans generally wouldn't pay for a tan because their skin is already darker than white.

What are you talking about?

The majority of people in Detroit are black. A large percent of them smoke. It only makes sense for the cigarette companies to market to the majority. This is how people make money because it works.

Following your logic, it only makes sense for this anti-smoking organization to target blacks with a short video. The tobacco industry has made them a big priority, so the reasonable action for an anti-tobacco group is to raise awareness so the black community can make informed decisions. Nothing wrong with that.

ironically black people hardly ever smoke cigarettes. its always the white teens who hold the most angst.

we have plenty of lean to keep our livers content. plus like 18% of us have asthma so we cant smoke
