Listen you basically left a child alone with a vase and asked them not to break it. No one was gonna say anything before, but all you did was bring attention to it.
This is what i would call a derivative of the Streisand effect.
The best thing you can do in this situation is to just let it run it's course and wash away with the sands of time.
Stop making threads about it.
Stop making threads complaining about things linked with it.
Stop mentioning it.
Then MAYBE it will dissapear, but the best thing you can do after that, if it doesn't dissapear, then you should for a little bit, and let people forget.
This is usually the best solution.
