How to reset prefs on blockland glass?

A while ago, i swapped from rtb to blg, Now the new duplicator prefs won't show up, Any way to reset prefs so anyone can use the duplicator? cause i set it to admin only.

The solution is not to try and reset prefs or something, but to fix that they're not showing up. Post a console.log.
