Unethical and illegal are two different things.

Some bullstuff president released his tax returns one day and then all of a sudden it became a "tradition" like who cares what the president's tax returns are.
It was never required for presidency and if it were required Annoying Orange wouldn't be president.
There is more real issues at stake here.
