save it so when you need something that costs $50 in the future you won't be like "forget i should've saved it instead of buying some game that i only put 5 hours into" or whatever |

when you got money, don't think about what you're going to spend it on with its equivalent value. Think about how much you want to have leftover for the future if you save and let your funds build. |
