--- Quote from: Tactical Nuke on February 21, 2017, 03:41:25 PM ---also, why is everyone acting like the age of consent is cut and dry? it isn't, different countries have different consenting ages, forget, even different STATES have different consenting ages. I thought we were supposed to be multicultural? does that only apply to people and things you don't hate? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Age_of_consent https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ages_of_consent_in_North_America --- End quote --- the weird things people will support when a scandal happens to someone they like |

--- Quote from: Corderlain on February 21, 2017, 03:42:41 PM ---A thinking man playing a game only for outrage and emotional flare ups. Hope he has better luck on his next adventure because the media is a lying loving circle jerk of agenda and hate. --- End quote --- there's not gonna be a "next adventure" when you somehow manage to forget up so badly that you "accidentally" encourage child enthusiasm and all of your life's work crumbles in front of you, there's not much you can do to come back from it. --- Quote from: Tactical Nuke on February 21, 2017, 03:41:25 PM ---why is the ruling party in America, MY party, trying to eat itself alive when they are given an amazing opportunity right now to team up and fix the goddamn country? --- End quote --- maybe because "fixing the country" entails the fixing of the loopholes that they exploit to get rich, so they never actuslly intended on doing anything other than further an agenda? im gonna elect to ignore the fact that you seem to be implying the age of consent is bad somehow |

--- Quote from: Nonnel on February 21, 2017, 03:52:28 PM ---the weird things people will support when a scandal happens to someone they like --- End quote --- So instead of acknowledging all the "happenstance" surrounding this, you'll just throw it all to the side and label it weird. If you're going to judge something political don't be that whiny stuck up brat that just labels it with a few things, and then essentially wipe your hands clean and go "welp job well done", how about you go in-depth and explain yourself and the reasoning as to why you believe that this isn't some coordinated smear campaign attempt to discredit his public figure to make sure he doesn't gain power in both money and politics, along with tainting Breitbart in the middle of it. --- Quote from: Poliwhirl on February 21, 2017, 03:55:59 PM ---there's not gonna be a "next adventure" when you somehow manage to forget up so badly that you "accidentally" encourage child enthusiasm and all of your life's work crumbles in front of you, there's not much you can do to come back from it. --- End quote --- cool dude, show us where he encouraged child enthusiasm, because he never did. --- Quote from: Poliwhirl on February 21, 2017, 03:55:59 PM ---im gonna elect to ignore the fact that you seem to be implying the age of consent is bad somehow --- End quote --- He never implied anything, all he did was acknowledge how the age of consent varies and differs, where did he imply it is bad/should be lower? |

I guess the biggest hangup here is going to be a huge argument over whether or not he was being serious. I thought it was pretty easy to tell he was joking about it, as humor is a pretty good coping method for traumatic things like statutory rape. Of course because this is such a demonic topic to some folks and they feel so passionate, there's really nothing else to say here. Can't get a word in without being called a child enthusiasm apologist. |
