Well, I dunno what's going on.  Port forwarding, checking if you're connected to the right network, or checking if one of your add-ons are causing it are the only things I can suggest.

I'll keep trying every 10 minutes or so.

you're blockland should not post your server to the master server if its a wrong version, however if you force your blockland to post to the master server on an outdated version you can be blacklisted from ever posting servers to it since anyone trying to join it on their current version of blockland (the 99% of people trying to connect to your server via the main master server) may crash

either post it to one of the alternative master servers or just have people join via ip
