Animations can usually pull off being good across the ages, but when you have a live action KIDS movie, the quality is naturally going to be lower and usually only is liked by kids, since their standards are completely different. I didnt say "For kids = stuff" however its going to be stuff in the eyes of young adults and older. Plus child actors are rarely good, and for a movie that's aimed for kids, they aren't going to get a good actor. This is what happens when you make too much of one thing. The problem is though, is that if just one thing is made, people will demand for more, and when they get it, they will complain about there being too much stuff. This is the case with many things, which exceptions, but this isn't one of them. |
