Why can't white people have dreadlocks?

I think she spoke about it in an interview a few weeks later but never actually apologized. I mean, I guess she has a right to bitch at him for his hair, and let's be real, while she shouldn't have put a hand on him that wasn't 'assault'--which under the law, is putting someone under the threat of harm. The only actual assault is when she goes nuts and grabs the filmer's camera, which is the only thing I would say she could/should be fired for.
