if you're hypnotized into killing yourself is it murder or Self Delete

if they did not volunteer for this, it is not intentional or voluntary Self Delete.

Since the person doing the hypnosis probably wants to do it, and the suicidal person would Self Delete without hypnosis anyway, it can't be assisted, only invoked.
