my school had a bomb threat

we had a kid threaten to bomb the school a couple of months ago. he got 8 days of out of school suspension and is on some heavy-duty sedatives, but he's back in school.

okay so here's the situation. someone may or may not have planted a bomb at school. where should we put the students so that, if there is a bomb, it will do as little damage as possible?
hint: the answer is not putting everyone in the same spot on campus, or crowding the sidewalks to walk a few blocks away
