Rather Threatening speech. This type of speech is considered to be endangering as some forms can cause panic, like if someone were to declare that they had, saw, or believed a bomb was somewhere in an airport, that would be a form of threatening speech. Someone claiming that they're gonna kill someone for X or Y is a form of threatening speech. Going to a gay bar and saying "I hate gays" is not a form of threatening speech, no one is threatened. Offensive? only if offense is taken, but this isn't someone blatantly threatening someones life. There is a difference between saying "I Hate gay people" and "Imma Kill some friends" |
