PC taking ages to start up

see the problem is that malware tends to forget with your installation and leaves damage even after it's removed. not to be a debby downer but without a professional you'll likely never recover it to what it once was without a full reinstallation.
what virus scanner did you use? give malwarebytes a full scan and run something like CCleaner

I used malwarebytes and webroot (I don't trust this too much cuz it was recommended by best buy)

I've discovered it isn't a hardware issue or a virus as I've done 3 different scans now
