i have perfect teeth but my dental hygiene is slightly lacking as in i only brush once, sometimes twice a day and floss about every other day |

8/10 because i brush twice a day (3 if i'm at home all day) but floss only when i have a lot of time because w/ braces it takes loving days i might have a cavity rn though so it's more like a 3/10 |
