I've never had any dental fillings or other cavities, with the exception of one time when I did need a tooth to be removed: a sudden cavity devastated the inside of it, causing it to cave in all of a sudden without any warning or previous decay. It was very weird.

i have perfect teeth but my dental hygiene is slightly lacking as in i only brush once, sometimes twice a day and floss about every other day
Couatl:
8/10 because i brush twice a day (3 if i'm at home all day) but floss only when i have a lot of time because w/ braces it takes loving days
i might have a cavity rn though so it's more like a 3/10
