He's a piece of stuff but the only crime he committed was leaning into the car to take video. I agree it should be a crime to wantonly allow someone to die by not calling emergency services when you're able to. |

Well, do take into consideration that the USA is the land of the lawsuits and you never know if you'll get sued by the person you're helping. I don't know much about the situation in the US regarding this bullstuff but I've seen enough medical articles on cardiac arrest victims sueing their saviors. |
