1. getting your name dragged through the pits of hell and being known as a rapist forever and being on the registry
2. 5 - 30 years in prison, felony conviction
i am mad he's not serving his sentence but riddle me that

this is a false dichotomy - no matter what his sentence was, his name was already getting dragged through the mud, and he was still going to go on the registry, and he'd still be known as a rapist.
SetGaming:
it's bad to be labelled as a rapist forever but holy stuff, which is worse: 30 years in prison and permanent rapist label or 3 months in prison and permanent rapist label

you could put this as a ratio in math and the permanent rapist label will cancel out - the only things you have to compare at this point are 30 years in prison versus 3 months in prison - i think i'd take the 3 months any day

i guess i can see how everyone know's brock's name and nobody wants to associate with him, but brock literally did one of the stufftiest things he could, then tried to bail himself out of it, then the dumbass judge did it for him - it just shows that he's a spoiled brat and doesn't realize how bad the thing he did actually was, so i'd say the other guy had it much harder than brock
McZealot:
not sure why you want him to be locked up longer. prison is ridiculous to begin with. let's take bad people and lock them up with more bad people--and maybe when they come out, they won't still be bad people!

the only sentence anyone should ever get is the minimum it takes to make sure they won't commit that crime in the future. if that is 3 months in jail, then that's fine by me.
