Hell I guess I should just leave my keys in the ignition of my car when I'm not using it. --- End quote --- i don't think you're actually saying you believe someone can accept any blame for being loveually assaulted because they 'didn't do enough to stop it,' because that would be absolutely horrible, so what are you saying? if i leave my door unlocked and someone shoots my dog and steals my pringles, that's obviously not my fault in the slightest, and no sane judge is going to say so. i don't see why loveual assault should be under stricter scrutiny. |
