His wallet probably had the proof of service in the air force, and he was going to show that to the police. regardless, he said put your hands up and then immediately shot him like 3 seconds after. i dont think you can even process those instructions that fast, especially since it's uncommon for police to pull over and tell you to step out with your hands up. i've gotten pulled over before and the police walk over to my window, they dont tell me to step out with my hands up he could've died in this incident |

Again, the way he was holding it, it still looked like he was holding a gun, off duty, service or whatever not saying this makes shooting him okay, but in his defense, it does look like he was holding a gun when he got out in the awkward way he did |
