They more than likely would die of complications, but if there was a serious issue such as that I'd have a DNR order on them.

Pay for the police so Milwaukee the city doesn't go to stuff
Pay for the fire department so the city doesn't burn down
Pay for the military so CIA doesn't control the entire subcontinent

you're still avoiding the question. plenty of people survive quadriplegia with no other issues, they just need help
but it doesn't matter WHAT happened. if for any reason your children couldn't work, but could live with government assistance, would you still say the assistance programs should be abolished?
